The role

We are looking for an Art Director to lead and manage the creative team, to create and deliver innovative and compelling visual solutions of the highest quality.

The AD must have flair for branding and design, an eye for detail and a solid grasp of how to bring an idea to life in the real world.

The AD holds a pivotal role in our team. You help to create an environment where ideas and creative exploration is encouraged and celebrated.

Both a conceptual thinker and incredibly talented designer, you come up with ideas and then develop, evolve and refine briefs to create excellent solutions across a diverse range of channels such as print, motion/video, experiential and digital.

You will be an advocate for our creative studio and be comfortable overseeing large branding projects for some of the world’s largest brands as well as working with start-ups, the goal being to create meaningful, memorable work.

Collaborating closely with designers and copywriters, the AD needs to link strategic thinking, ideation and design, translating insight into big ideas, creating inspiring, thought-provoking and effective creative output.

The AD should be naturally curious and bring new ideas and inspiration to the work that demonstrates you are plugged into contemporary culture, always inspiring your clients and team mates with viewpoints from real world experiences and happenings.

 

Responsibilities

  • A knowledge of print, experiential and digital production practices and techniques.
  • Inspire and visualise brilliant ideas and deliver strategically sound, beautifully compelling creative work across an eclectic and diverse range of projects.
  • Coach and manage all creatives on the team (currently, three members).
  • Explore new concepts and ideas with confidence and encourage those more junior to do the same providing constructive feedback and direction.
  • Own internal and external brainstorming and concept development sessions to uncover brilliant ideas and to hone and craft others.
  • Develop strong internal processes and procedures.
  • To be a compelling communicator and storyteller, with an ability to present creative in a simple and compelling manner.
  • Inspire teams to think beyond the obvious, develop innovative creative from broad concept development to implementation and execution.
  • Be the internal guardian for designated clients and projects, overseeing the agency output and ensuring it’s strategically and creatively aligned.
  • To seek ownership of and drive forward projects whilst motivating the team and maintaining forward momentum.
  • To be confident with authority and decision-making, delegating work appropriately to others – taking into account your abilities and the resources available to you.
  • Execute a higher level of design practice and craft that is grounded in solid, clear rationale that also cares about the smallest of details that brings polish to the work.
  • Be responsible for post-production schedules, making selects, retouch notes and templates for creative execution across all channels.
  • Where needed, commission external creative talent for various projects and manage external contacts including photographers, videographers, illustrators, animators, stylists, printers.
  • Work closely with Business Head and Account Executives to define project scope, deliverables and effort, and to grow the agency business.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience as a designer in a branding / design / advertising agency. Demonstrated success leading a team of creatives.
  • Proficiency in the use of all the usual design packages, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects, XD/Figma (3D is a bonus).
  • A natural leader who leads with empathy.
  • Present information and ideas in an articulate, compelling and clear manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and an enduring commitment to timelines and deadlines.
  • Natural connector with good interpersonal skills.

The role

We are looking for a PR Executive to manage the relationships between a range of client brands and the media, advocates and influencers. The PR Executive will be instrumental in raising the profile of clients’ brands by devising excellent PR strategies.

The PR Executive must be an exceptional communicator. They possess creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audience.

The goal is to build a strong communications network around our clients’ brands to ensure good relationship with the general public and raise the profile of client brands.

We are seeking someone who is plugged in to the zeitgeist. A digital native with original ideas, with a good grasp of new and emerging platforms and communities. A PR Executive with whip sharp ideas and a sense of how to make these ideas come to life.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to create awareness for a range of client brands
  • Ideate and develop content, stories, videos for use during different marketing communications activations
  • Duties include managing the projects, scheduling, copywriting compelling stories and working closely with the media and channel owners, including influencers
  • Assist in media relations in creating online publicity
  • Monitor, compile and disseminate news, forums and social media relating to client brands
  • Derive insights and learnings for internal sharing and client meetings
  • Stay current with market research, industry trends, fresh content, and strategic placements

Requirements

  • 2 year’s experience in a PR/journalism/communications/copywriting/account servicing role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving communications excellence.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organisation with an acute attention to detail.
  • High level of personal credibility and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage critical situations.

The role

We are looking for a Copywriter & Content Strategist to work alongside creative and accounts teams to conceptualise, develop and produce textual content for campaigns and collaterals for social media, advertisements, events and activations.

The Copywriter & Content Strategist should have strong working knowledge of the digital media landscape. Experience in digital marketing is favoured.

We are seeking someone who is plugged in to the zeitgeist. A digital native with original ideas, with a good grasp of new and emerging platforms and trends. A Copywriter & Content Strategist who’s a natural storyteller who can decode internet language and code switch for audiences ranging from Gen Alpha to Auntie.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs to provide clear understanding of objectives and work required
  • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and work closely with the designers to generate innovative ideas and concepts to fulfil clients’ brief
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with account managers and directors
  • Present ideas to internal teams and clients
  • Familiarise with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities
  • Collaborate closely with account and planning teams
  • Lead junior/middleweight creative teams in projects and provide clear direction
  • Write clear and persuasive copy
  • Build strong relationship with clients
  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Revise or redevelop ads or campaigns in response to feedback from creative team, account team, or clients
  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion
  • Execute work on several campaigns when required
  • Be passionate about social media, new platforms and emerging tech, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.
  • Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing challenges or deadlines

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in a communications/copywriting role at regional/global creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering excellent campaigns.
  • Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to write copy that is original and impactful that meets the clients’ briefs.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organisation with an acute attention to detail.
  • Outstanding command of the English language, written and spoken.
  • High level of personal credibility, dependability, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage critical situations
  • Passion for the work and dedication to craft.
